Shipping and Returns

Buying clothes online is potentially risky.  You may not get what you thought you were getting, the garment may be the wrong size, or it just might not suit you.  We understand this and want to take the pain out of buying online.  Before you place an order with us, give us a call to discuss your purchase.  We will talk it through to ensure you have the best chance of being delighted.  If, after this, you are not happy, ring us first to let us know, and we will give you a full refund on return on the cost of the garment.  As we ship FREE of charge, the only (small) cost to you is the return post.  

Returned garments must be returned unworn ( dry cleaning of a garment after wearing it is detectable) within three weeks. Please note this, as we are a small company working in limited runs and cannot accept goods returned later than this time frame.  Please also note that returns are not available on specials/ reduced/ sale items.
